FIREFIGHTERS rushed to a microwave fire at a residential home in Romsey yesterday.
Crews from Romsey, Redbridge, Eastleigh and St Mary's were alerted to the fire at 2.51pm in Cressey Road, according to a tweet from Romsey Fire Station.
However, the fire was caused by burnt food and was out when firefighters arrived.
No one was injured and the stop message came in at 3.58pm.
The tweet added a post safety visit was carried out by crews.
