A DEVELOPER has submitted plans to build 63 homes on a greenfield site in a Hampshire town.

Pennyfarthing Homes is seeking consent to redevelop a 13-acre sire at Tinkers Cross, Fordingbridge, which is just outside the New Forest National Park.

The scheme is outlined in a Public Notice that has been published by New Forest District Council.

Temporary road closures:

Southampton City Council is closing Harcourt Road from its junction with Whitworth Crescent to 20 metres east of the junction from March 8 to allow footway improvements. Works expected to be completed by March 13.

Southampton City Council is closing Bath Close from March 8 for pram crossing improvements and carriageway resurfacing. Phase 1 should be completed by March 12, when Phase 2 will start.

Southampton City Council is closing Commercial Road from Cumberland Place to Morris Road and New Road from East Park Terrace to Kingsway from March 8 to allow survey works for highway improvements.

Hampshire County Council is closing Church Hill Corner, Lymington, between its junction with Milford Crescent and its junction with High Street from March 9 to allow works to be carried out on or near the road. Closure not expected to last longer than two days.

Hampshire County Council is closing part of B3084 Hat Hill (20 metres either side of Dunbridge Station Level Crossing from March 13 (midnight-4am) to allow works to be carried out on or near the road. Work not expected to take more than three days.

Licensing applications:

Hilcon Ltd is applying to change an existing licence and operate ten vehicles at Netley Firs, Kanes Hill, Southampton.

James Kemball Ltd, of 1 Hodgkinson Road, Felixstowe, is applying to change an existing licence and keep 20 goods vehicles and 25 trailers at 109 Rail Yard, Herbert Walker Avenue, Western Dock, Southampton.

National Oceanography Centre, of Waterfront Campus, European Way, Southampton, is applying for a licence to use National Oceanography Centre, Waterfront Campus, European Way, Southampton as an operating centre for six goods vehicles.

South Central Haulage Ltd, of 20 Corbin Road, Pennington, is applying to change an existing licence to keep an extra two goods vehicles at the operating centre at Belbins Distribution Centre, Sandy Lane, Romsey.

Peter Atilla, trading as Southern Volumetric Concrete, of Flat 6, Arreton Court, Smith Street, Gosport, is applying for a licence to use Top Yard, Boarhunt, Fareham, as an operating centre for two goods vehicles.

Anthony Mawby, trading as Topline Solutions, of 11 Hindell Close, Farnborough, is applying to change an existing licence to keep an extra four goods vehicles and three trailers at the operating centre at Cartland Commercials, Panelrite House, First Avenue, Southampton.

Vehicle Logistics Company Ltd, 55 Kendal Avenue Southampton, is applying for a licence to use Bevois Park, Imperial Road, Southampton, as an operating centre for one goods vehicles and one trailer.

Teal Commercials Ltd of Unit 7, Chalcroft Distribution Park, Burnetts Lane, West End, is applying to change an existing licence to add an operating centre to keep two goods vehicles and two trailers at Unit 10, Tower Lane Industrial Estate, Tower Lane, Eastleigh.
