LIVE bands and DJs could be barred from a Winchester pub if it fails to implement sound proofing measures within three weeks.
Although The Blonde Beer Café will be allowed to play live music over Christmas it must address noise concerns within 21 days, council chiefs have ruled.
It follows complaints from neighbours about noise from the venue.
Environmental health officers monitored the bar and found music could be heard around 100 metres along nearby Water Lane.
Owner Sat Ghuman said he expects the soundproofing work to be completed in January.
