CHARLES RICHARD JEFFREY, 30, of Taunton Drive, Bitterne. Admitted breaching a post-sentence supervision order. Fined £200.

DAVID MICHAEL HORGAN, 37, of Nelson Close, New Milton. Admitted breaching a post-sentence supervision order. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 in court costs.

AARON CALLAWAY, 39, of The Ridings, Fair Oak. Admitted breaching a community order given to him for a criminal damage offence. Community order made to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work.

BRADLEY JOHN SEAGRAVE, 25, of Northern Parade, Hilsea. Proved guilty in absence of using a public electronic communications network for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. Also, pleaded guilty of failing to surrender to custody. Restraining order not to contact his victim for 12 months. Fined £150 and ordered to pay £150 in compensation.

TERRI CHARLENE CARTER, 33, of Millbrook Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 12 months and ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge.

SANJEEV MELWANI, 47, of Castle Way, Southampton. Found guilty of assault. Community order made for 12 months to include 27 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £620 in court costs and a £95 victim surcharge. Fined £250.

MELANIE EMMA VICTORIA WALTON, 32, of Marryat Road, New Milton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £500. Ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ALMA RAHI BURTT, 59, of Hut Farm Place, Chandler's Ford. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £500. Ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KEITH EVERSFIELD, 55, of Waltons Avenue, Holbury. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. Disqualified for one year and fined £750. Ordered to pay £75 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

BRANDON LUKE GAMBLIN, 18, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching a community order. Committed to a young offender institution for 12 weeks.

DANIEL JAMES PYE, 29, of Christchurch Road, Ringwood. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £273. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

EWAN MALCOLM TONY MCCAFFERY, 22, of Winchester Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen, driving without insurance or a licence. Interim disqualification until dealt with.
