A MAN has been arrested after he was allegedly seen carrying a machete close to a seafront.
The incident is said to have taken place near to Lee-on-the-Solent seafront late on Tuesday.
An investigation has now been launched and is currently ongoing.
Police have increased patrols in the area since.
