EU nationals living in a Hampshire borough are being urged to submit their applications to stay in the UK.
In a message on its website, Eastleigh Borough Council has urged EU nationals living in the borough to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after June 30.
Citizens of the EU, the European Economic Area or Switzerland and their families can apply.
Those who apply will be given either a settled status or pre-settled status depending on how long they have been living in the UK.
Leader of Eastleigh Borough Council, Councillor Keith House, said: “People from all parts of the European Union have made a huge contribution to our region over the years and we want our residents who are EU citizens to stay in the Borough of Eastleigh.
"With only three months left until the deadline, we’d urge anyone eligible to apply as soon as possible.”
Southampton Registry Office is the agency for applying for settled status in the Eastleigh Borough area.
