GARETH JAMES LEWIS, 34, of Tarver Close, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to harassment and causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made until May 2022 to include 20 rehabilitation activity days and 80 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made not to contact his victims for five years. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

DAVID MICHAEL SAICH, 64, of Main Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Remanded on bail until April 16 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

JAROSLAW STANISLAW KARDYS, 50, of Nightingale Grove, Southampton. Found guilty of two counts of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Must complete 17 rehabilitation activity days. Restraining order made not to contact his victim for three years. Ordered to pay £600 court costs and £124 victim surcharge.

BENJAMIN GRANT WILLIAMSON, 29, of Abbotsfield Close, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Must complete 20 rehabilitation activity days. Restraining order made not to contact his victim for 12 months. Ordered to pay £600 court costs and £124 victim surcharge

JOHN ROGER GOVER, 46, of Cadland Park, Holbury. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating. Committed to prison for four months, suspended for two years. Must complete 15 rehabilitation activity days and participate in a 32 day programme requirement. Restraining order made not to contact his victims for two years. Ordered to pay £500 compensation, £85 court costs and £128 victim surcharge.

ADRIAN-MARIUS STINGA, 39, of Milford Gardens, Chandler's Ford. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £100. Must pay £34 victim surcharge.

JASON WRIGHT, 35, of Cedar Road, Southampton. Guilty under the single justice procedure of throwing down, dropping or otherwise depositing litter, namely a cigarette butt. Fined £55. Must pay £71 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

MICHAEL JAMES JOHNSON, 31, of International Way, Southampton. Pleaded guilty of causing harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour thereby causing harassment, alarm or distress, as well as criminal damage. Community order made until May 2022. Rehabilitation activity requirement of 22 days and must complete 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

KEITH ROBERT REYNOLDS, 55, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Community order made for 12 months to include 20 rehabilitation activity days. Restraining order made not to contact his victim until March next year. Fined £50. Must pay £95 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.
