SOUTHAMPTON man Conner John Karl David Kelly has been fined for speeding in Bassett.
Kelly, 24, of Nelson Road, Shirley, admitted driving a 03 -reg Citroen van in excess of 30mph on the A27 Bassett Green Road on May 11 2015.
It was unclear why it has taken nearly six years to come to court.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £70 with a £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Three penalty points were added to his licence.
