A MAN must complete 15 days of rehab after being caught more than three times the drink-driving limit.
Edward Alfred Foy was stopped driving a Citroen Berlingo on Skew Road in Fareham.
Following a roadside test, he gave a reading of 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is just 35 microgrammes.
Foy, of The Hillway, Fareham, pleaded guilty to the drink driving offence which happened on November 11 last year. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody.
Appearing before Portsmouth Magistrates' Court he was banned for 24 months and ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
He was given a one-year community order to include 15 rehabilitation activity days.
