A MAN has been attacked and robbed whilst walking with his bike in a Southampton street.

On Friday, a man in his 50s was walking his bike on Cedar Road when four males came up behind him.

As the man turned around, he was kicked in the back, causing him to move forward.

One of the males then threatened to stab the man, before taking his bike.

The incident took place between 2.55pm and 3.15pm and the victim was not injured.

No weapon was seen but now two 14-year-old boys and one boy aged 15, all from Southampton, have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.

They have now been released on police bail with conditions and an appeal has now been launched to identify the fourth person involved.

He is described as white, aged between 13 to 18, around 5ft 4ins tall, slight build with wavy ginger hair and a pale complexion.

An image of the stolen bike has also been released.

It is described as a matte black Cannandale Fatty 29 bicycle with reflective black writing on it and a logo under the handlebars.

At the top of the frame it says 'N.Y.C.D.P.W RIDE THE STREETS' with mudguards on the bottom of the frame above the rear wheel.

It also has a bottle cage on the frame and two cat eye lights attached to it.

Anyone with information on the fourth person or the bike is asked to call 101 quoting 44210113762.
