REVELLERS have been flocking to Southampton parks to bask in the Easter sunshine.
With clear blue skies friends and family members have been gathering in the city centre today.
Parts of the UK saw the mercury reach nearly 24C on Wednesday – however, today, temperatures have topped at around 14C in the South.
City residents could be seen enjoying the weather in Houndwell, Palmerston, East and Watts Park.
The 'Rule of Six' returning to England on March 29, has meant that people can enjoy socialising in the sunshine once again.
Despite the Easter celebrations, the public has been urged to respect covid rules and only meet friends and family outdoors.
