IN RESPONSE to Cllr Jeremy Moulton and the handling of the pandemic by the government, may I remind him of:
- The long delays at the beginning back in January 2020 when China first let it be known that there was a pandemic
- Serious delays in lockdowns and purchasing enough PPE
- Constantly changing the rules
- When schools were eventually closed, those students due to take examinations were left in turmoil about their results
- The track and trace which did not work properly and was a huge waste of money
- So many changes from Number 10 that if it had not been so very, very serious it would have been laughable.
Thank God for our National Health Service, which really saved the day!
