NICHOLAS ANDREW MAWBEY, 36, of Princess Margaret Road, East Tilbury, Essex. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Interim disqualification until dealt with.

MICHAEL ROBERT LAWRENCE, 48, of Pound Street, Southampton. Proved guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance. Disqualified for six months and fined £276. Ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ROBERT JAMES LOCKYER, 52, of Limekiln Farm, Penallt, Monmouth. Proved guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £440 and driving record endorsed with six points. Ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MATTHEW PAUL BEDWELL, 28, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence order extended from four months to six months.

GRAHAM ANDREW HARLEY, 36, of Cotswold Way, Waterlooville. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £300. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JAMIE JOHN BULLEN, 23, of Park Road, Southampton. Indicated a plea of guilty to sending electronic communications which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress of anxiety. Community order made until March 28 next year to include 18 rehabilitation activity days. Restraining order made not to contact his victim for 12 months. Must pay £100 compensation.

HARVINDER SANDHU, 51, of The Compass, Southampton. Indicated a plea of guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker, and a single count of possessing a class B drug. Committed to prison for ten weeks, suspended for 12 months. Must complete 15 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £300 in compensation.

CARLA MARIE SAVAGE, 40, of Spenlow Close, Portsmouth. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge

DONALD ALENN EMM, 36, of Lawn Road, Southampton. Indicated a guilty plea to sending text messages and emails, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months. Must complete 15 rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

RICHARD THOMAS GEORGE LAKE, 53, of Sholing Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using violence which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Fined £150. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MITCHELL PINK, 19, of Balfour Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order. Unpaid work requirement extended by six months until August 18. Fined £100 and ordered to pay £60 costs.
