SO thousands are aghast at runway extension plan.
How many of these thousands are quite happy going to other airports on their way to a holiday?
Heathrow, Gatwick, Bournemouth and Bristol are all in use, so what is the impact of travelling to these for a flight.
As for the claim that new aircraft are noisier, then this is made by someone who doesn't know the difference between a church bell and a decibel.
