Eastleigh drug driver caught under the influence of cannabis is banned
AN EASTLEIGH drug driver caught under the influence of cannabis has been banned.
Samuel John Gale was caught drug driving in a Ford Fiesta on Monks Way, Eastleigh, on October 7 last year.
The 28-year-old was found to have THC - a breakdown product of cannabis - in his blood.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to drug driving.
Gale, of Monks Way, Eastleigh, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fiend £250.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85.
