Southampton man stole Chromecast, wireless earbuds and cheesecake from Welsh supermarket
A SOUTHAMPTON man who stole electronic goods and cheesecakes from a Sainsbury's store has been discharged conditionally.
Alan John, 38, stole a Google Chromecast, JLAB Go Air True Wireless Earbuds, JVC Gumy True Wireless Headphones and GU cheesecakes from Sainsbury's in Brown Lennox Retail Park on Ynysangharad Road in Pontypridd, Wales, on January 7.
The haul totalled a value of £112.29.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to one count of theft.
John, of Wimpson Lane, Southampton, was discharged conditionally for 12 months.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and court costs of £40.
