FIRE crews tackled a blazing oil heater at a house in Southampton last night.
The blaze broke out in a first floor bedroom at a property in Regents Park Road, Freemantle, shortly before 10pm.
Crews from two fire stations - Redbridge and St Mary's - were on the scene for about an hour.
A Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said the incident involved an oil heater that was on fire.
No-one was injured.
