A WOMAN has been banned from driving for three years after failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
Charlotte Geraldine Afzal, 31, of Runnymede, Fareham, admitted the offence when she appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates' Court.
As well as being banned she was told to pay £85 costs and a £95 victim services surcharge.
Afzal also pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour at the Police Investigation Centre in Portsmouth.
For the two offences she was handed a community order with a requirement to carry out 250 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.
Afzal also admitted driving without insurance at Carless Close, Gosport, and was fined £120.
There was no separate penalty for driving without a licence, to which she also pleaded guilty.
