IN THE COURTS: 9 people who have appeared at Southampton Magistrates' Court

JAKE KEVIN BRISLAND, 21, of Butts Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order by failing to main contact with probation services. Community order revoked and ordered to pay £250 costs.

SHANE LYLE BARTLETT, 33, of Southampton Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and theft. Community order made until April next year to include and exclusion requirement not to enter the Co-op store in Johns Road, Woolston. Ordered to pay £75 compensation.

ZACK BASSI, 39, of Malmesbury Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving, driving without insurance or a valid licence, and failing to surrender to custody. Disqualified from holding a licence for 17 months and fined £500. Ordered to pay £50 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

TERRY JAMES KING, 38, of Priestlands, Romsey. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Committed to prison for three months, suspended for 12 months. Ordered to pay £128 victim surcharge.

SEBASTIAN ROGOWSKI, 29, of Winchester Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving. Disqualified for 12 months and fined £200. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

LEANNE COX, 35, of Coxford Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Community order made until April next year and to include 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

DANAIL BENEV HADJIEV, 37, of Spear Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving. Community order made until April next year. Must complete ten rehabilitation activity days and 80 hours unpaid work. Disqualified for 14 months. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
