RALPH Hasenhuttl is a likeable character but his tactics don't work anymore.

It's so easy to blame the players but they are only carrying out Ralph's instructions.

We all appreciate all out attacking football but only when you have sound defensive qualities.

Unfortunately, we haven't. We constantly take the lead only to end up the losers.

We should be more defensive after taking the lead instead of shilly shallying in front of our goal, but then you can only blame Ralph because they are only playing to Ralph's instructions.

Spending millions on new players doesn't always work either.

Pochettino and Koeman installed balance and structure within the club and our managerial record has gone down since their departure.

Ralph isn't inclined towards changing the way we play so I can only see more defeats and finally relegation next season if tactics and or manager is not changed sooner rather than later.
