A SOUTHAMPTON man caught carrying a stun gun has been put on tag for three months.
Valentin Alexander Vorobjov, 36, was caught carrying the adapted weapon in the city on November 12 last year.
Appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, he pleaded guilty to possession of a stun gun.
Vorobjov, of Lower Brownhill Road, Southampton, was committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months.
He was put on electronic monitoring banning him from leaving his home between 7pm and 6am until July 18.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £128 and court costs of £85.
