A WINCHESTER teenager has been disqualified for drug driving.
Charlie Keay, 19, of Erskine Road, West Hill, was driving a 55-reg blue Ford Focus when stopped by the police on Ranelagh Road in Winchester on October 22.
Tested for cannabis his reading was 3.8ug/l when the legal limit is 2ug/l.
Keay was banned for 15 months and was also fined £300 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs
