Can you guess where in Southampton this old picture was taken?
The image, captured at an unknown date but likely to have been shortly after the turn of the 20th century, shows a view that will be instantly familiar to many.
So where was it taken exactly?
It's Oxford Street! Well done if you guessed correctly.
At the time, Oxford Street very much catered for passengers and crew sailing in and out of the town's docks.
There were hotels for weary travellers, chart suppliers, sellers of crew uniform and shipping agents.
But, just like today, there were also numerous bars and pubs.
