A POLICE investigation has been launched following a fight which broke out over a disabled space in a supermarket car park.
A 50-year-old man was given CPR after an attack at the Tesco Express in Nutshalling Close, Calmore.
Having been found unconscious, he was later rushed to hospital.
Three men were arrested in connection with the incident which happened on Tuesday night.
An 18-year-old man from Calmore was arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm and possession of a Class B drug.
Two 19-year-old men, from Calmore and Hythe, were also arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm.
All three have since been released under investigation, according to police.
However, enquiries are ongoing.
Witnesses reported that an argument was sparked by a disagreement over a disabled parking bay.
The store was taped off and temporarily closed.
The injured man has been discharged from hospital.
