A man has been placed on a community order after breaching a restraining order in Oldham.
Adam Hussey admitted he phoned and sent a message to a woman he was banned from contracting in the town during a recent appearance at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court.
The offences took place on the same date in Oldham.
The order had been imposed by the same court in October 2020.
The 21-year-old was placed under a curfew, ordering him to remain at his home on Tyldesley Street in Manchester between 9pm and 6am for 56 days.
He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £95.
