A SOUTHAMPTON woman hurled abuse and threatened a couple who refused to give her money.
Lisa Amy Katie Dawkins became abusive and swore at a couple in Above Bar Street who had been having a night out.
The 25-year-old claimed to have lost her bus pass and when the couple would not give her money she threatened to punch the woman and knock them both out, a court heard.
Appearing before Southampton Magistrates’ Court, Dawkins was charged with two counts of common assault.
She pleaded guilty to the offences which happened on July 17 last year.
She was given a 12 month community order to include 12 rehabilitation activity days.
Dawkins, of Chestnut Road, Southampton was ordered to pay £100 in compensation, £85 court costs and a £95 victim surcharge.
