EMERGENCY services have rushed to a major Hampshire road to to deal with an overturned crane.
At around 3pm firefighters from Petersfield and Havant rushed to a crash involving a crane on the A3.
The crane had overturned on the northbound carriageway between Petersfield and Liphook.
A heavy goods vehicle also suffered slight damage in the incident.
Hampshire Police and the Highways Agency closed the carriageway whilst firefighters worked to contain and clear up a hydraulic fluid leak.
Ambulance crews were also in attendence with paramedics treating one person for minor injuries.
The road is expected to remain closed for a number of hours to allow for the recovery of the crane.
Firefighters left the scene at 4:47pm.
