AN Eastleigh man was caught driving without insurance twice in a month.
Now he has a six months driving ban as a result.
Daniel Bailey, 31, of Argosy Crescent, was first stopped on June 8 last year driving a 04-reg Vauxhall Zafira on Chestnut Avenue in the town.
Then on July 7 he was caught again in North Boarhunt, near Wickham.
The cases were proved under the single justice procedure at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
For each offence Bailey was fined £269 with as £54 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
