IN VIEW of all the media relating to plastic pollution and recycling it is interesting to note that on the south coast the majority of household plastic waste goes into landfill.
This includes buckets, bowls, plastic garden furniture etc'
It will take more than 100 years and more for the plastic to decompose and this is not good for the environment our children and future generations.
It should be stopped - it is put in landfill for purely commercial reasons with no regard for the environment.
