AN UNINSURED driver who was also caught without the correct licence has been disqualified for six months.
Samuel Kemp was spotted driving a Citroen Picasso on Crow Lane in Ringwood on March 26, last year.
The 30-year-old found to have no insurance and did not have licence to drive the vehicle.
Kemp, of Stillwater Park, North Poulner Road, Ringwood, pleaded guilty to the offences at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
He was fined £160 and must pay £85 court costs, along with a £32 victim surcharge.
