A PENSIONER was banned from driving for a week after speeding on the M3.
Robert William Grover, 85, of Stirling Way, Christchurch, was clocked at 79mph in a 12-reg Mercedes near junction 7 at Dummer north of Winchester on February 13 last year.
Grover admitted the charge under the single justice procedure.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed the seven-day ban and fined him £103 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
