PAUL MICHAEL MUNDAY, 42, of Harwood Close, Totton. Admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence order varied. Drug rehabilitation requirement to participate in an intervention programme for three months.

RICKY LEE GOODMAN, 35, of Windermere Avenue, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order by failing to comply with the conditions of a curfew. Fined £166 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

ROBERT OSTROWSKI, 38, of Copeland Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching a community order. Community order varied. Must complete an additional 20 hours of unpaid work.

STUART MARK ABSOLOM, 32, of Drapers Copse, Hythe. Admitted breaching a post-sentence supervision requirement. Fined £80.

MATTHEW STEVEN JAMES, 23, of Livingstone Road, Poole. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance. Community order made for 12 months to include ten rehabilitation activity days. Fined £50 and driving record endorsed with six points. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

AUSTRIUS STASIUNAS, 28, of Woolwich Close, Bursledon. Pleaded guilty to drug driving and driving without a licence or insurance. Fined £108 and disqualified for three years. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ADRIAN CHRISTOPHER WHITE, 48, of Chapel Road, West End. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage. Community order made for 12 months to include rehabilitation activity days and fined £50. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

STUART MARTIN HANDLEY, 59, of Winchester Road, Waltham Chase. Found guilty of assault by beating. Remanded on bail. Adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

LEVI MATTHEW LAXTON, 40, of Vine Road, Southampton. Indicated guilty pleas to two counts of possessing a class A drug. Community order made until February next year to include a two month drug rehabilitation requirement. Must complete ten rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £50 court costs.

LUKASZ ROBERT KOSZKOWSKI, 28, of no fixed address. Found guilty of two counts of possessing a bladed article in a public place and possession of a class A drug. Admitted to and detained at Antelope House.

JOE WILLIAM HILL, 37, of Devon Close, Eastleigh. Found guilty of breaching a restraining order on four separate occasions. Remanded on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

TIA ASHA MARLEY, 50, of Belmont Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Community order made for 12 months to include 20 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £200 compensation. Must pay £90 surcharge and £300 costs.
