Totton War Memorial Park
A TOTTON man has been arrested following reports of two young girls being flashed.
Police were called to Totton War Memorial Park after being alerted to reports of a man touching himself in front of two girls.
A 55-year-old was later arrested on suspicion of causing a child under 13 to watch a sex act and common assault of an emergency worker.
He was released facing no further action in relation to causing a child under 13 to watch a sex act.
