Average speed cameras on the M27 motorway
A DRIVER who broke the speed limit on the M27 has been disqualified from driving for six months.
Jonathon Charles Barfoot, 44, of Brownwich Lane, Locks Heath, near Fareham, was clocked driving a 13-reg BMW at 62mph in a 50-zone on the M27 eastbound between junctions 4-5 near Eastleigh on June 26 last year.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed the ban because of repeat offending and fined Barfoot £208 with a £34 victim surcharge ad £90 costs.
Barfoot admitted the charge under the single justice procedure.
