EMERGENCY services are attending an incident near the Itchen Bridge in Southampton.
Police, ambulance crews and an Air Ambulance helicopter have been spotted near to the bridge.
A witness claimed that an area of the footpath on the bridge has also been cordoned off.
Traffic is understood to be still flowing normally and no announcement about a road closure has been made.
Hampshire Constabulary and South Central Ambulance Service have been approached for comment.
