MICHAL CUDZIK, 36, of Stroudley Way, Hedge End. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Disqualified for six months and fined £600. Ordered to pay £60 victim surcharge and £84.99 court costs.

HAMRAJ SINGH DILLON, 19, of Darwin Road, Eastleigh. Pleaded guilty to driving dangerously, without a licence or insurance. Community order made until September this year to include an electronically monitored curfew for eight weeks between 6pm and 7am every day. Disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MERVYN MICHAEL MOODY, 51, of Treeside Avenue, Totton. Pleaded guilty to possessing a class A drug. Fined £200. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

GARETH FRANCIS DUGGAN, 37, of Witts Hill, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and drug driving. Indicated a guilty plea to the possession of a class B drug. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Disqualified for 18 months. Ordered to pay £122 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JESSIE MICHAEL CROSS, 24, of Oxford Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order. Ordered to pay £150 compensation, £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Must carry out 60 hours of unpaid work.

DAMIEN BERGIER, 19, of Warren Avenue, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of his community order. Original order varied to include a six week electronically monitored curfew between 7pm and 5am each day. Ordered to pay £60 court costs.
