A SOUTHAMPTON road was closed after a crash on Tuesday night.
Emergency services were called at around 7.35pm yesterday to the incident which involved two cars.
Above Bar Street was closed for more than an hour between the junctions of New Road and Pound Tree Road.
The driver of one of the vehicles is said to have suffered minor injuries.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Fire said a crew from St Mary's attended and dealt with a man suffering from back and arm pain.
They were treated at the scene by South Central Ambulance Service paramedics.
The road reopened at around 9.05pm.
