MORE than 3,300 cases of the Delta variant have been recorded across Hampshire.
Data released on the Government website has shown that, as of Juy 9, there were 3,302 cases of the Delta variant recorded across the county.
This is up from 2,198 cases last week.
A total of 658 cases were recorded in Southampton - up 214.
Below are the number of Delta cases per local authority on July 9:
- Basingstoke and Deane: 276
- East Hampshire: 136
- Eastleigh: 210
- Fareham: 141
- Gosport: 97
- Hart: 216
- Havant: 144
- New Forest: 175
- Portsmouth: 481
- Rushmoor: 289
- Southampton: 658
- Test Valley: 290
- Winchester: 189
