A SOUTHAMPTON man has been jailed for 18 weeks after getting caught driving while disqualified.
Gareth Francis Duggan was stopped in an Audi A3 in Maybush Road.
The 38-year-old was both disqualified and uninsured at the time.
Just 12 days before, he had been given a suspended sentence for drug driving while disqualified.
Appearing before Southampton Magistrates' Court, Duggan, of Witts Hill, pleaded guilty to the offences which happened on June 16 this year.
He was jailed for 18 weeks, disqualified for six months and ordered to pay a £128 victim surcharge.
