SAIF ULLAH KHAN, 50, of Darwin Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Fined £120 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £620 court costs and £34 victim surcharge.

JODY KHALID MOYLETTE, 38, of Cromer Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and attempted theft. Fined £150. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, £34 victim surcharge and £150 court costs.

BETHANY LORRAINE FEE, 24, of Oliander Driver, Totton. Pleaded guilty to drink driving and failing to surrender to custody. Fined £199.99 and disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

TERRANCE MARK DAY, 29, of Neva Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to sending a voice message which conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety, criminal damage and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Remanded in custody. Sentencing adjourned for enquiries to be carried out.

GARY STOKES, 57, of Jewry Street, Winchester. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made for 12 months to include 15 rehabilitation days and 100 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £100 court costs. Disqualified for 24 months.

MICHAEL JOSEPH RICHARDS, 33, of Dolphin Close, Bishopstoke. Pleaded guilty of being drunk and disorderly in a public place. Discharged absolutely.

FILIP KRYSA, 18, of Landguard Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to theft, ABH, possession of a class B drug, and two counts of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 20 weeks, suspended for 18 months. Exclusion requirement not to enter Sainsbury’s in Portswood Road. Must participate in an accredited programme for 22 days. Ordered to pay £800 compensation, £128 victim surcharge and £200 costs.

STEPHEN ANTONY HILL, 44, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress and admitted breaching a conditional discharge. Fined £126 and ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge.

ALLAN LAWRENCE MCGRORY, 44, of Chettle Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen, driving without insurance or a licence. Also, admitted breaching a suspended sentence Disqualified for 14 months and fined £423. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

JACK BENNETT, 30, of Westcott Street, Poundbury. Pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving and driving without insurance.

ANDREW WILLIAM BERRY, 53, of Ashford Road, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, without a licence and without insurance. Warrant issued for arrest.

JIMMY GREEN, 30, of Mardale Walk, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving, driving without insurance or a licence. Community order made until January 2023 to include six months of drug rehabilitation, 25 activity days and 19 days on an accredited programme. Must also complete 80 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified for 12 months. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
