LIGHTNING is set to light up the skies tomorrow, official have predicted.
The Met Office has forecast lightning and rain for around four hours tomorrow.
On July 28, Southampton will have stormy conditions from 12pm to 4pm.
The temperature is set to be around 19C with wind speeds of around 32 to 36MPH.
Over the weekend, a huge fire at a waste disposal centre near Romsey started after a building was struck twice by lightning.
Fire crews were called to the centre at Yokesford Hill industrial estate around 3.20am following the lightning strike which set fire to the waste waiting to be processed.
A fire service spokesperson said there were 18 different crews attending the incident at its height.
