SIX patients with coronavirus have died in Hampshire within the last week.

Data released on July 27 by NHS England has revealed that six more patients have died in the county since July 19.

It brings the county's total number of deaths to 1,919.

Three deaths were recorded at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, which brings the total to 442.

The deaths were recorded on July 19, July 21 and July 25.

Another two deaths were recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, which brings the total to 919.

These were recorded on July 19 and July 24.

One death was recorded at University Hospital Southampton on July 22 bringing the Trust's total to 485.

No other deaths have been recorded across the rest of the county's Trusts.

Solent NHS Trust and Southern Health NHS Trust have also recorded 15 and 58 deaths respectively since the start of the pandemic.
