THIS is the area of Southampton Common which will close tomorrow as thousands of festival goers head into the city.
Taking place tomorrow from 11am, Let's Rock will be taking over part of the public space for the first big music event in the city since the pandemic began.
But, locals are being warned that as a result part of the park will be closed for the ticketed event.
The area, similar to that used by the previous Common People festival, will be in place from the early Saturday until early Sunday morning.
The festival music starts at midday and finishes at 10.30p,.

The 2021 event is taking place later than planned after government restrictions were lifted.
As well as this, Cemetery Road is closed from 6am tomorrow until midnight to aid the event.
Those also wishing to head out for their weekly Parkrun will also be disappointed to learn this too has been postponed due to the festival. It will return next Saturday, August 21.
And anyone wishing to head down to the event, a limited amount of tickets are still available from the Let's Rock Southampton.
