UPDATE: All lanes have now been cleared. Heavy delays remain but are starting to ease.

THERE are heavy delays currently on a Hampshire motorway after a crash blocked multiple lanes.

Two lanes are currently blocked on the Southbound carriageway of the M3. 

This is due to a crash which has taken place at Junction 11 for Winchester. 

Now heavy delays are said to be building on approach. 

There are currently waits of approximately 90 minutes heading back to Junction nine.

Motorists are being advised to allow extra time for their journeys.
