NINE coronavirus deaths have been recorded in Hampshire in the last week.
Data released by NHS England today has shown that nine deaths have been recorded in Hampshire in the last six days from September 2 to September 8.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, the total amount of coronavirus patients that have died in the county stands at 1,965.
Five deaths were recorded at University Hospital Southampton, bringing the Trust's total to 504.
Three deaths were recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust bringing the Trusts total to 932.
One death was recorded at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, bringing the total to 455 deaths.
No further deaths were recorded at the county's other Trusts.
Solent NHS Trust and Southern Health NHS Trust have also recorded 15 and 59 deaths respectively since the start of the pandemic.
