MARK DAVID TULL, 39, of Woodley Road, Southampton. Found guilty of assault by beating. Convicted of criminal damage and harassment. Released on bail until October 1. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

RICARDO ANDRE DA SILVA FURTADO LUIS, 35, of Hinkler Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage. Discharged conditionally for 12-months. Ordered to pay £22 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

MARTIN HAROLD JOHN KING, 36, of Holbury Drove, Holbury. Pleaded guilty to ABH and two counts of assault by beating. Released on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

ANDREW WILLIAM BERRY, 53, of Ashford Road, Fordingbridge. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, without insurance and failing to report and accident. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 18-months. Subject to an electronically monitored curfew for 12 weeks between 7pm and 7am each day. Must complete 15 rehabilitation activity days. Disqualified for 36-months and fined £400. Ordered to pay £300 compensation.

WILLIAM GREGORY, 35, of Crown Quay Lane, Sittingbourne, Kent. Convicted of harassment. Released on bail until September 20.

MICHAEL DAVID SMALL, 38, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage. Released on bail. Case adjourned until September 29.

DAVID ANTHONY THORN, 39, of Evenlode Road, Southampton. Convicted of theft, fraud, burglary and failing to surrender to custody. Remanded in custody until September 9.

ROBERT MUSGROVE, 48, of Freshfield Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order. Exclusion order made not to enter Birch Close, Southampton for 12-months. Jailed for 20-weeks, suspended for 18-months.

WASIM YOUNIS, 34, of Blackberry Terrace, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to burglary. Committed to Southampton Crown Court for sentencing.

KEVIN PROUD, 54, of Shales Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed article in a public place. Committed to prison for 18-weeks, suspended for 18-months. Must participate in a programme requirement for 19 days and do ten rehabilitation activity days. Ordered to pay £300 court costs and £128 victim surcharge.

KEVIN ALAN TAYLOR, 40, of Coates Road, Southampton. Convicted of driving while disqualified and driving without insurance. Made the subject of a community order until June next year to include six-months of drug treatment. Must complete ten rehabilitation activity days. Disqualified for 12-months and fined £150. Ordered to pay £150 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.
