Damon Dixon was jailed at Southampton Magistrates' Court
A MAN caught on CCTV trying to break into a Brazilian waxing studio in Southampton has been jailed for 12-months.
Damon Dixon tried to break into Sugarflick in Bedford Place twice during August this year.
The 34-year-old was captured on CCTV trying to open a door and on another occasion, attempting to prise open a window, a court heard.
Appearing before Southampton Magistrates' Court, Dixon, of Millbrook Road West, Southampton, pleaded guilty to the two counts of attempted burglary which happened on August 12 and August 22.
He was jailed for a total of 12-months and further recalled to prison for failing to comply with the conditions of his licenced release from prison for previous offences.
