A SOUTHAMPTON has been banned from entering a city street after being handed a domestic violence protection order.

Lukasz Panek must not enter Harrison Road for 28-days.

The 34-year-old of Southcliff Road was served the order by Hampshire Constabulary.

It means he must contact a woman it aims to protect.

Furthermore, he must not harass, pester or intimidate her in any way.

Portsmouth Magistrates' Court granted the order which lasts until 11.05am on October 5 this year.

Panek has also been ordered to pay costs of £226 to Hampshire Constabulary.
