JAMES PETER OXLEY, 30, of Perowne Way, Sandown. Pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen. Fined £162 and disqualified for 12-months. Ordered to pay £34 and £120 court costs.

PAUL KEVIN JAMES, 59, of Heather Road, Fawley. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting an emergency worker by beating and a single count of assault by beating. Released on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

BRENDON GEORGE BRAIN, 34, of Oracle Drive, Waterlooville. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting, driving in otherwise accordance with a licence and without insurance. Community order made for 12-months to include 80 hours of unpaid work. Ordered to pay £1,200 compensation. Fined £80 and must pay £95 victim surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

ANTONY PETER WEEKS, 56, of Clewers Lane, Waltham Chase. Pleaded guilty to speeding and driving while disqualified. Fined £180 and driving record endorsed with six points. Ordered to pay £34 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

BARRIE KENNETH WHITTENHAM, 27, of John Thorney Croft Road, Southampton. Found guilty of threatening criminal damage and two counts of assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12-weeks, suspended for two-years. Ordered to complete 25 rehabilitation activity days and 100 hours of unpaid work. Restraining order made not to contact one of his victims for one-year. Must pay £100 compensation and £620 court costs.

BETHANY LORRAINE FEE, 24, of Wilton Avenue, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to threatening violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises and using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made for 12 months. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

SAMUEL ALAN MANSER, 24, of The Crescent, Marchwood. Pleaded guilty to criminal damage and three counts of assaulting a police officer by beating. Released on bail. Case adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

MICHA ESTELLE GARLAND, 28, of Waterhouse Close, Twyford. Pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Community order made for 12 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

LUKE RAYMOND EDWARD TAYLOR, 34, of Marshall Square, Southampton. Found guilty of using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress which was racially aggravated. Fined £500 and ordered to pay £300 compensation, £620 court costs and £40 victim surcharge

BARRIE WHITTENHAM, 27, of Centenary Plaza, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to drug driving, while uninsured and while disqualified. Jailed for 12-weeks, suspended for 24-months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs.

CATHERINE GOODWIN, 44, of Jacob’s Gutter Lane, Totton. Pleaded guilty to possessing a class A drug and two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker. Ordered to pay £85 court costs. Handed a 12-month community order to include 20 rehabilitation activity days and fined £100.
