A SOUTHAMPTON man has been banned from entering children's play parks.
Julian Mitev has been banned from going near or entering children's play parks.
The 20-year-old of Lodge Road was charged with outraging public decency following an incident on September 16 last year.
Appearing before Southampton Magistrates' Court he pleaded guilty to the offence.
He has been released on bail and is next due to appear at the same court on September 29 this year.
Under the conditions of his bail he must report to Southampton Central Police Station each Monday between 9am and 11am.
